How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery via PhilPost takes approximately 8–10 business days. International shipping typically takes 25–30 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is now available.
How can I track my mailer?
For local mail, we have a copy of your tracking information. For international mail, however, you may request your tracking number from us, and we will coordinate with the post office to obtain it on your behalf.
My art mail arrive damaged.
If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at theartofreceiving@gmail.com with your name and photos of the item(s).

Can I just buy one art mail for a specific month without subscribing?
Yes, you may purchase a specific art mail of the month individually without subscribing to our 3- or 6-month plans.
